1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 77jy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). - You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the 77jy platform, you must register an account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein. The following rules apply to all 77jy accounts:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
- All activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the 77jy platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77jy supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method used and are displayed in your account settings.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account number used to make the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your casino balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- 77jy does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 77jy's control.
- Funds deposited for the purpose of bonus hunting, arbitrage, or any form of matched betting abuse may be forfeited at 77jy's discretion following investigation.
77jy reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending identity verification, responsible gaming review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, 77jy will notify the affected player and provide an estimated resolution timeframe where possible.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
77jy offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply across all 77jy promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed the registration and, where required, the identity verification process.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple is stated on each promotion page.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction by registering additional accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion may be restricted to specific slot titles as stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- 77jy reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, system error or any other circumstance that 77jy determines warrants such action.
Bonuses are intended as a goodwill gesture to genuine players. Any player found to be exploiting the bonus system through multi-accounting, coordinated betting or any other abusive strategy will have their account suspended and all associated bonus funds forfeited.
6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
77jy is committed to providing a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. All casino games use independently audited RNG engines. The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on the 77jy platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to play games or place bets.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino table games.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or suspected bug must be reported and will be voided.

- Registering or operating more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
Where 77jy determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to void any bets placed, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold any funds pending investigation. We may also refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
7. Responsible Gaming
77jy is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available free of charge from within your account settings and take effect as set out below:
- Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Time-out: you may take a break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a time-out, your account remains open but you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
- Self-exclusion: you may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the platform. A self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
- Reality check reminders: you may set periodic session reminders that display your total session time and net gaming result at your chosen interval.

The 77jy brand name and logo are trademarks of 77jy. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media handles, promotional materials, or business names — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77jy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, data loss, business interruption, or any other financial or non-financial loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77jy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
In no event shall 77jy's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Amendments to These Terms
77jy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change materially and adversely affects your rights, 77jy will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the contact information held on your account, where practicable.
Your continued use of the 77jy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
11. Suspension and Termination
77jy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct outlined in Section 6.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by 77jy, or provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- At the request of the player, or where 77jy reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the player's wellbeing under our responsible gaming obligations.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
